S39 Labs (“we”, “us”) builds software products and provides engineering services. We are based in Sri Lanka. You can reach us about anything in this policy at contact@s39labs.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the website at s39labs.com. Our products run on their own websites and have their own privacy policies, which explain how each product handles your data:
What we collect
When you contact us. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, your email address, and your message. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send and the contact details attached to it.
When you visit the website. Like most websites, our hosting and network providers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These are used to run and protect the website.
This website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and continue the conversation you started.
- To send you a confirmation that we received your message.
- To keep a record of our correspondence, for example about a project.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and handle email. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Resend, which delivers the emails sent from our contact form.
- Google, which hosts the inbox where we receive and answer messages.
- Our website hosting and network providers.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Sri Lanka.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of any work we discuss. If you ask us to delete your messages, we will, unless we need to keep them for a legal reason.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, including under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, you may have further rights. Email contact@s39labs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
